Job Interview
The interview itself is really the final stage in a process which for the interview should have started well before the moment when s/he goes through the door of the interview room.
Before interview you should ?
1. Not staying awake until late at night, having enought rest.
2. Explore the place of the interview.
3. Be well dressed.
4. Have a good breakfast.
5. Try to come on time.
At the interview, you are adviced :
1. to stand there until you're asked to be seated as you come in.
2. to develop a friendly approach by greeting, shaking hand, smiling,relaxing addressing the interviewer by name, keeping eye contact, and showing interest in what the interviewer is saying.
3. to take a moment to think about the answer to the questio, to listen carefully, to speak clearly,and not to rush.
4. to be natural,honest,polite,confident,and positive,and to concentrate on achievement and experience but not to make any flase claims.
5. to sit properly (to sit up straight, feet on the floor, adopt a good posture wihtout slouching.
6. to keep still, without iritating nervous mannerisms such as hand over mouth, biting nails,rubbing hair,twisting legs,etc.
7. not just to give short answer such as yes or no but suport your answer with examples and give reasons for your opinion.
8. to use the interview to find out what you want to know about the job and the organization and to show keen interest in the job offered.
9. to show that you are eager to work for the company which offers you the job.
After the interview
Try to analyze how you think the interview went.
Note any questions that you were not able to answer
Keep note and ask other more experience people or friends how to answer question.
Interview question
1. What can you tell me about yourself?
Answer : i'm a self starter, highly motivated, energetic, and results oriented, but cooperative and team player as well
( In this section you must be able to describe yourself as good as possible )
2. What languages do yo speak?
Answer : I studied English and Germany. But i'd like to learn more.
(In this section you can show ability using foreign languages
3. Do you prefer working as a member of a team or would you rather work alone?
Answer : Although i realize that teamwork is very important, i can work as hard alone.
(Explan that you're can work with teamwork and can work alone )
4. How often do you lose your temper?
Answer : rarely, however its a good thing to lose permanently. I've never temper at work.
( Patience shows that you are patient in working, try to be honest when this question?
5. What do you think you do best?
Answer : iam a good at serving and socializing with other people, i can teach my self new skills.
(show your confidence, and can do a good job, and have the ability to complete the work given)
6. Do you work well under pressure?
Answer : I belive that pressure brings out the best in people.
( As a competent employee, you should know how to control the pressure and dispense it in effective ways.)
7. What do you do when you have trouble solving a problem ?
Answer : I'll just keep working with the problem until I find the solution.
(You don't have to be shy to ask question or to look for the answers yout self)
8. How long will you stay with the company ?
Answer : as long as i continue to learn and develop my capabilities.
(Answering Unexpected Questions)
9. What are you long term career objectives?
Answer : i'm trying to be more realistic in planning my future.
( show that you can manage everything without the order )
10. Tell me why this company should hire you?
Answer : you need somebody who can handle not only the human resource but also the household.
(at least there is more value that can be superior to you, don't try to be like other people)
Work in pairs to practice interviewing, one becomes an interviewee and the other is the interviewer. You may go back to the previous questions and continue to the following questions.

E. What important to you in a job ?
F. What interest you most about this job ?
G. What are your salary expectations ?
H. Why fo you want to leave your present job ?
I. What is your opinion about your present supervisor or manager ?
J. How do you spend your spare time ? What are you hobbies ?
K. How long do you think you would stay with us if you were appointed ?
L. How could you say that this job is suitable for you ?
